Payment Portal Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please take a moment to review our refund and cancelation policies. The Cancelation and Refund fee varies with the type of services for which you are registered.
“Company” shall mean Treatment Solutions of So. Florida, Inc. d/b/a, 1stStep Behavioral Health.
Cancellation and refund fees take effect upon registration for services with Company.
Cancelation Policy:A client may cancel services at any time. A cancelation means that no further payments will be charged to the client’s account. All refunds shall be effective upon the date and time of cancelation.Company reserves the right to cancel any services provided, in which case a full refund shall be made to all clients via the refund policy.
Refund Policy:Refunds shall be returned after all deduction of monies owed to Company are deducted for outstanding balances, which shall include, but not limited to, prescription costs and other costs associated and necessary with treatment services and sober living costs. An invoice shall be provided with the listed items of deductions to equal the total amount owed to you upon conclusion of services.
Specific Services:
For Treatment Services:Any refunds provided and returned to you will be based upon the daily posted rate. Therefore, those monies returned to you shall be prorated against the days and times you received treatment.
Sober Living Rent:All rent shall be refundable at a pro-rated amount.
